Friday evening we went to Safta Lia for dinner and she served these nice little hors d’oeuvres:
We brought a pack of pre-cooked shrimps and added to her Paella. It was saffaran rice with chicken, shrimp and little bits of fried kabbanos. Excellent!
Today for lunch we wanted to eat something light so Barak and Mom made red and green chilled Gazpacho to suit the hot weather. It was very refreshing.
And I made whole wheat noodles with Parmesan and Ham butternut squash sauce.
