This restaurant is one of two restaurants located in and operated by Ferrandi culinary school in Paris, this is the school I attended. We went to see how it feels from the other side. You can read all about my year in Ferrandi here. Cooking and service is all students.

The Good: unique experience: where else can you eat in a culinary school?, quality ingredients, cheap wine list, good value, sentimental (for me). If you’re going – say hi for me 馃檪

The Bad: inconsistent cooking and service quality, as expected from a culinary school, “back to school” atmosphere, desserts are tasty but in the “piece of cake on a plate” style.
