May Secret Kitchen – First Dinner

I love good food, do you too? Can you imagine the taste of a dish that left you amazed and impressed? Do you love the excitement of tasting new ingredients, combinations and textures? Are you not sure what I’m talking about but have the urge to have this sort of culinary experience too?

If your answer is ‘yes’ to any of these questions, you are invited to be part of a unique dinner party that I’m cooking and hosting. A “Secret Kitchen” event that happens once every 6 weeks or so. Want to know more?

Who’s invited? The rumor about these events go by hear-say and the number of sits is very limited.

What’s the concept? The concept of these evenings is simple: giving you the opportunity to taste my cookings, inspired each time by the season and mood, while engaging at a dinner party hosting 12 unfamiliar people, in a unique evening which combines the excitement of new flavors and a completely different type of social event. Each event consists of two similar consecutive evenings, 12 guests per evening. They meet, sometimes for the first time and often find a connecting link, sit down to have a tasting menu dinner, composed fully by me, cooked and served by a small and friendly crew.

What’s my style of cooking? I’m cooking seasonal, creative dishes, influenced and inspired from all around the world, brought together by the French cuisine techniques which I studied in Paris. I love trying out new pairings and combinations, new ingredients and techniques from the modern and international cuisine.

How does registration and payment work? 2-3 weeks before the night of the event the registration opens and the initial menu reveals. Everyone is welcome to buy tickets and suggest their friends and family to join as well. I can’t save sits so remember that if you snooze – you loose!  Everything is included and prepaid by PayPal (have issues paying with PayPal? And this time? This upcoming event is about to be the third of its series. I’m so excited because it’s inspired by our recent research trip to Paris, and also by my latest purchase of a Gaggia Gelateria ice-cream maker. You’ll love it! The two nights will be Friday the 31st of May, at 19:30 and on Saturday the 1st of June at 19:00, 200 ILS per person + 10% service charge. Can only be registered as a twin ticket because each dish is served between two people to share.

Note:
1. To secure a place you must pay in advance via PayPal account.
2. Allergies or dietary issues? Contact me and we will try to arrange a solution.
3. Dishes will be served in the center of the table, one dish for each pair.
4. Menu might change according to the market.
5. Cancellations policy: You can cancel for a full refund up to one week before first dinner (until 24 March at 12:00), you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% if you request to cancel 7-3 days before the first dinner (until May 27 at 12:00) and later than that – the tickets will not be refundable.
6. Dinner will be held only if a minimum of 20 guests register on advance for the two dinners combined.
