Join us for a seasonal temptation dinner, ingredient inspired, modern take on French cuisine. The dinner will take place only two nights, communal seating, bring your own wine.

Notes:

1. To secure a place you must pay in advance via PayPal account.
2. Consider about 3.5 hrs long event – 7pm-10:30pm.
3. Food allergies? Make sure you describe these well in the registration process to avoid confusion later on.
4. Other dietary restrictions? If there’s a specific element you prefer to avoid please don’t forget to point it out in the registration process. Note that some of the ingredient won’t be avoidable and there will be no substitutes. If you keep a Kosher, Halal, Vegetarian or Vegan diet – we will not be able to accommodate you at this time.
5. The menu published in advance might change according to season and the availability in the market.
6. Cancellations policy: You may cancel up to one week before the dinner, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25%. The tickets will not be refundable after that date but they will be transferable without any fees to someone else by changing the name on the digital ticket sent by e-mail.
7. Dinner will be held only if a minimum of 8 guests register in advance.

About the chef

Inspired by International and Asian cuisine and her brining up in Tel-Aviv, Mashav Shelef leads the team of Le Couloir, creating new and inspiring dishes. A graduate from Ferrandi – Paris and experienced in several Michelin starred restaurants. In 2013 started her first Pop-up Secret Kitchen in Tel Aviv and now beginning a new project in San Francisco. She brings dedication, creativity and her undeniable passion for food together with a fresh approach to cooking derived from her scientific background aiming to use the science of food to her (and our) benefit.

What’s the concept of Le Couloir events?

It’s simple: giving you the opportunity to taste the dishes, inspired each time by the season and mood, while engaging  in a unique dinner party with unfamiliar people. The dinner combines the excitement of new flavors and a completely different type of social event. Only 12 guests per evening, with one common-ground which is the love of good food. The menu is unique for every event, composed by Chef Mashav Shelef, cooked and served by a small and friendly crew.

What’s the style of cooking? 

Seasonal, creative cooking, influenced and inspired from all around the world, brought together by the French cuisine techniques. New pairings and combinations, specialty ingredients and working using techniques from both the modern and classic international cuisine.

The rumor go by word-of-mouth: from guests to their friends, family, co-workers and such, you can invite your friends too!
