- Agur Kessem 2011 Judean Hills
- A glass of cheap white wine and a miso soup which was average and ordinary
- Sendero De Chile Concha Y Toro Sauvignon Blanc 2012 (28 NIS a glass)
- The Italian Vs. the French: La Volta 2009 Toscana Ornellaia (48 NIS for a glass) and Borie La vitarèle, Saint Chinian, Les Schistes. 2010 (56 NIS for a glass). I preferred the Italian.
- The wine selected for all to share was: Adama, Bazelet 2009 Tavor
- Domain Netufa Galilee 2011
- Rincon Del Sol 2011 Chardonnay Chenin, Argentina (98 NIS). We shared a bottle of the house wine, even though the waitress didn’t recommend it, we tried it and it was light and refreshing and just what we needed.
- Sancerre Les Jeunes Vignes 2010 Henri Bourgeois (39 ILS), very French wine.
- Shvo Vinyards Sauvignon Blanc Upper Galilee 2011 (132 ILS). Had a light swirly touch.
- The wine, Johnny Q Cabernet Sauvignon 2009, Australia
- Durvillea Marlborough, Sauvignon Blanc 2010, New Zealand
- As a part of the lunch menu, wine and desserts are 25% off, so we found something to celebrate. The wine is something Italian (23 NIS after lunch discount), very fresh and light.
- Sparkling Santa Ana, Argentina Extra Brut
- Wine pouring: Teperberg Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
- Judean Hills, Wadi Katlav 2009 had a very good impression as I recall.
- Carpaccio Salad, green salad, pomegranate vinaigrette, sirloin carpaccio with parmesan and pumpkin seeds (43 NIS). A better version of the carpaccio, I really like having a green salad on top. It was a bit over-dressed but overall a very nice dish, together with the bread, at reasonable price. We had that with Italian Rioja wine.
- The wine: Teperberg Silver Syrah / Merlot / Chardonnay
- Vitkin Pinot Noir 2010
- Kitron Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Reserve
- Chardonnay and the Sauvignon Blanc
- Casteel Grand Vin 2003
- The winery representative talking about the wine
- We had two bottles of wine with the carpaccio meal: Canaan, Dalton, Red, Galilee 2011. Which is not bad, light wine. The other was Alon, Galil, 2009, a fuller and more mature wine.
