Started out with whole wheat flour (Mom only eats whole wheat, Pre-Diabetic)

Worked the eggs into the flour (1 egg for every 100gr of flour)
Work it!

Rest…

Flatten with a Pasta machine

Making the stuffing
 Chopped shrimp (cooked already)

Walnuts

Fetta cheese

Pepper, salt, nutmeg..

Little piles

Brushed egg to margins

 Stick and tuck, making sure no air bubbles.

Cut (but later we squeezed all the margins with the back of a knife) 

Ready to cook

making a coleslaw blue cheese salad to accompany

Tossing the rest of the shrimp with butter and garlic (Yehudith’s garlic is over!!)
Cooking the ravioli  (they are getting bigger, and brownish)
Left over dough is turned into pappardelle for tomorrow

Served with the buttered shrimp on top and some Parmesan cheese of course.
