Another great idea instead of your regular chicken is to try the Paprika and Yogurt Chicken. It’s so easy but turns out great. What we did is chop one onion very thinly and fry over oil with a lot of Paprika. You can use sweet, spicy or a mix of the both.
Toss together until soften a bit
Add slices of chicken breast, not to small so that they will not dry out. Then a finely chopped red bell pepper.
Toss together, but do not overcook, no-one likes a dried chicken. Add some salt.
What my dad do is to put it all in the serving plate, then pour a cup of yogurt to the frying pan so it will catch all the paprika flavors.
Then serve with the paprika yogurt on top and with additional portion of fresh yogurt on the side or under the chicken.
